It is official, last Friday we closed on our new home and are now drowning in a sea of boxes and the sad part is that we still need to bring over our storage unit. ARGH, more boxes and things to find a place for. It is very overwhelming to look at each room and have so much to do in that room to make it livable. But we will get there, it is just nice to be in a home again. We have used this opportunity to basically start over with some of our furniture. We got rid of all the stuff that was falling apart or we didn't really like, but it was cheap 15 years ago, and now over the next five years we hope to get quality furniture that we love.
I am going back to my boxes- if I don't resurface in a few weeks- send in reinforcements!!

Yea, Yea, Yea!!! You've moved in! I know it's a lot of boxes, but isn't it fun to unpack your things into brand-new-clean cupboards and drawers?! There's nothing better...and I remember packing a few of those boxes with you =)
Yes! Congratulations! I think we're going to do the same thing with our furniture the next time we move--four kids can really do a number on furniture!
