This year all of our decorations are in storage. We have a beautiful tree, decorations, stockings, everything; but we couldn't find any box labeled Christmas. In our defensive, the storage units are packed and we only got about half way through, and gave up. We thought about buying a tree, but then we would need the tree stand, skirt and decorations; so we gave up on that idea. Our solution-- we have a fake tree/plant in the corner of our living room that I bought a string of white lights to wrap around. The kids then decided to "decorate" it with their streamers from the Rockettes show and pictures of Christmas things drawn on white pieces of paper (such as stockings, trees, Santa, etc.). We did buy two ornaments at WDW to help in the decoration department. It looks very interesting-but it worked as a Christmas tree; one that we won't forget for a long time.
