We had another first tonight. It was Katie's first orchestra concert. She has started the violin this year and demonstrated her ability in a Christmas concert. It was short and sweet, only about 30 min., and filled with basic songs like Row, Row, Row your Boat, and Three Blind Mice. And then a few Christmas tunes such as Up on the House Top, and Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. Katie was very nervous, but she did a great job. It will be fun to watch (listen) to her progress.
